Handwork embroidery by machine?

I love the look of handwork, however, the amount of time it takes to do this by hand is something I just dream about. If you are in the same predicament, try this out:

The July newsletter project at Cookie's Creations is a quick travel pillow. Travel pillows come in all sizes: 12x16 inches, 13x18 inches or if you shop Walmart they range as large as 14 x20 inches. The smart thing is to select your pillow first and then cut your case a 1/2" to 1" larger in both directions for seam allowances. Or save more time, and use a blank ready made pillowcase. This same design is cute with beads and sparkles placed in the center of it and applied to jeans. (Perhaps you need travel clothes as well!)

The handwork flower project directions & machine embroidery design will be sent out for July to those who are current subscribers to cookiescreations during July 15th through July 31st. If you are not a subscriber just click here and fill out the Join box on the website. If you are a current subscriber, the newsletter begins mailing out at midnight on July 15th. The last one will be sent out July 31st to ensure that all those who are current subscribers in July get one. Download the project from the newsletter right away! Why do this right away? The project will be removed from the project server 24 hours after the last newsletter is mailed on July 31st.

Whether you embroider linens or clothing this design is quick, pretty and easy. The pillowcase project that has been a feature of our site for years has been converted into a download with the project design.

If you have been keeping up with the projects, you will note a definate travel theme in the air!
Enjoy! hugs, Cookie

I have seen this stitched out on a sample (thanks Cookie!) and it looks great. Another fresh design to spark one's creativity. The photo does not do full justice to this design.
