5 Bobbin Awards for Creativity for Fabric Selection and Execution!

A special thank you to Paula Woolf and Kay Wheeler for sending in photos of their most recent projects with our designs.

Paula Wolf has once again outdone herself using our Passport In-the-Hoop Design and combining it with a stylish retro fabric to create the cover. Paula also shared another version of the passport she did by using left over fabric from the millennium collection. I remember this fabric quite well and have a few remnants of it myself.

Paula is a very creative gal, and as a result her projects turn out quite attractive with her own personal flair. She is the winning pick for our August project.

Kay Wheeler is our latest pick for September. The picture on this blog post does not clearly show how her red lettering stands out on the fabric. The choice of colors makes this book very whimsy and the workmanship is wonderful.

She actually did two very pretty attractive books, but I picked this one because the color scheme with the pattern is one that I would not have normally done myself and it really works well with the colors of her owl.

It's wonderful to see what others do with our website newsletter, projects and designs. Thank Paula and Kay for sharing your work with us.
