It's Sew Easy, really it is!

Labor Day Delight!
Over the years, I have taught flip and fold style piecing at conferences all over the USA. The 209 episode of on It's Sew Easy has the steps outlined .

When I was taping the show at the production studio, I didn't know how many would send me emails or call about the show.

The real delight in doing the show (and conferences, too)  is receiving pictures from those who have never done this form of Crazy Quilting as a direct result of watching the episode.

Elizabeth masters Crazy Quilt Piecing!
A big shout out to Elizabeth K. of Mississippi! Elizabeth sent me these recent photos of two quilts that she has made after watching the TV show.

Elizabeth has done such a beautiful job, that friends are asking her to make quilts for $$$.

If you have never done this type of piecing and would like to give it a try, take a look at my shorter website video, and the special page I set up for those needing a starter template.  If you are looking for the five sided template see this page on my website.

If you are not familiar with the wonderful PBS show "It's Sew Easy" - take a look for yourself and find out more!

Cookie, to make a permanent template I used leftover vinyl sheeting that I had used for lining my cabinets, pantry and closet shelves. Now I am sewing like I watched my momma do.
