Let the embroidery games begin: hunting for free designs at CookiesCreations

First one is up on CookiesCreations Website Fan Page!
"Social Networking Embroidery Style"

Come join the design hunt!  It's easy, fun and free as a holiday game from me to you:

Each month, the CookiesCreations Newsletter is sent out with an embroidery project idea and a free design. Additionally,  free designs are available on the Fan Page plus various projects that utilize sewing skills.

Let's try something different to kick off the upcoming holidays by sharing a collection of new designs between the FB Fan Page (the design page) and the newsletter subscription list.

10 designs in total. FB and Newsletter designs will each be different.  To finish the hunt creatively, there will be several project ideas using any 4-6 of the designs gathered from FB and the newsletter.  For those hesitant to engage in Social Networking, this is an easy way to learn how to interact between blogs, and fan pages.  If you read my twitter feed, you will know when new free designs are posted.

The design shown is stitched in green but stitched in browns it would be beautiful for the fall season.  Be creative with it.

To make sure there is time to complete the project for the holidays, the newsletter will go out twice each month: twice in September, twice in October, twice in November.

The designs on the Fan Page will post over September and October, 2 designs each month.

The project ideas  will be sent out in the newsletter and posted to the FB project page in November. As the new designs go up, the previous ones will go on the website for sale.  Yes, blog buddies, fans and newsletter subscribers are getting them as thank you gifts for reading and playing along.

If you are new to Cookie's Creations here are the Social links to keep up with all that is happening:

If you post photos in November to FB, we will have a drawing for a special gift basket. I will post the rules for the drawing at that time.  Enjoy!
